Customer registration
We need to collect some data for the creation of your Vinipad menu. Take your time. The more information you provide, the better we will manage to adapt our product to your needs.

Venue data

In this section we're asking you for the data pertaining the restaurant, hotel, resort, shop, etc.
Select the main language (one choice).
Up to 200 items. We will provide pictures of the bottles as well as relevant information about each of them.
If more than one language is selected, translations will be separately budgeted.

Billing data

In this section we're asking you for all the necessary information in order to be able to issue the invoices for your Vinipad service.
Tax name of the company or individual to whom the invoices will be issued
Tax identification code, such as CIF, RFC, TIN...
Address that will appear on your bills
Name of person we should contact if necessary
Contact person's e-mail
Contact person's phone
E-mail where invoices will be sent

To create your menu we will need the following graphical resources (in reasonably acceptable resolutions):

• Your business logo.
• All the images you want to use to customize the welcome screen and app backgrounds.
• In case of hiring our data entry service, we will also need a list of all the items in your beverage menu, including vintage (in wines) and prices, as well as your food menu, if you wish. If you don't have a tabulated list, a scan of your original menu is enough.

Don't worry if you don't have all the resources right now. You can send them to us later via WeTransfer.
The signing and submission of this form implies acceptance of our provision of services contract and the processing of your information for the registration of your license.
